Utility Estimated Connection and/or Impact Cost

Seller has made the following good faith estimates for utility connection and/or impact fees for which the Buyer shall be responsible. these costs are subject to change by the utility providers, and it is the responsibility of the Buyer to confirm the accuracy of it with each utility provider:

A. Electricity

B. Water

Water Service is on a master meter.
The Homeowners Association, based on consumption, bills the water separately.

D. Sewer

The Homeowners Association has its own sewer facility and the cost is included in the Homeowners Dues.

E. Solid Waste

Your solid waste expense is included in your Real Estate Tax Bill.
