ARTICLE XIV

PARAMOUNT RIGHTS OF DECLARANT

    All of the applicable terms and provisions of these By-Laws shall be subject and subordinate to The Declaration pertaining to the Declarant's rights and powers.

    WE HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing By-Laws of the Association were duly adopted by the Board of Directors of the Association at the organizational meeting held on the 18th day of February 2005.
